Tikka Kebab — Restaurant in Bengaluru

We had ordered thalasary biriyani from here earlier as well and kept it for 2/3 hours without opening the lid, and it was perfectly fine even after 2/3 hours.

However, on June 5, we ordered 3 biriyani parcels, but after just 1.5 hours, when we opened the boxes, it started smelling foul. We have guests who are all on the same page when tasting the food. So we called the restaurant and explained the scenario, but the restaurant attendee didn't accept the fact that this batch of biriyani was faulty. They tried to convince us that it was our fault. We tried to call the manager to explain, but he didn't pick up the call. Later, we tried from a different number, and he received it. Then he said the next day he would give us a resolution for the same. But the next day, neither he called nor received any of our calls. Ultimately, it was a waste of ₹-1000/-.

Tips if you are ordering -

Don't order directly; I know it's cheap, but you won't get a solution if your food is spoiled or not edible. Rather, order using Zomato or Swiggy; it might be expensive, but at least they will give a better solution when it comes to refunds for...

Good food and the waiters are polite and good. I have visited the place twice and I noticed that they make tasty kerala and especially Malabar foods. Simple Chinese food are good too but the spicy one's are not so yummy but you can eat it. The beverages especially milkshakes are good. I have by far eaten: (1) Butter Naan - good taste and good quantity. (2) Paneer Butter Masala - good tast and quantity. (3) Butter Garlic Chowmein - good tasting noodles and quantity (4) Spicy Garlic Chowmein - average taste but quantity was good. (5) Lemon soda with Mint - great taste. They finely grind mint with the lemon soda and honestly I would have loved just whole mind over the lemon soda rather than grinding it. (6) Apple milkshake - good taste. (7) Chikku Milkshake - good taste. All in all the value for money is super good and the quantities served are awesome and fulfilling especially for a foodie like me. The reason it loose out on one star from me is the above average hygiene standards. It has the capability to over come it but let's see how it turns out...

Such a worst experience, and service is pathetic, David the fully bald captain of this restuarant doesn't has manners to speak with there customers, he treats as if we had been for his house!!! AC was off when we entered, being customers we asked to switch on AC after 15min they switched on n very soon he got the Bill & he turned of the AC. The time I said still we are here why are you turning off the AC, his answer was it's time to close and start quarrelling! When spoke to Manager Irshad he doesn't even has courtesy to stand up and listen to the conversation, he was on his seat and on call. When we complaint regarding this he gave 48rps discount! Lol. I had been from Vijayanagar to taste this resturant! Such a worst management and tasteless food. Visit this restuarant only if you want to have a bad experience with staff nd tasteless Biryani ever! Biryani tastes like a COLOURFUL PLAIN RICE With Chicken Gravys...
