Ordered from this place yesterday night , was craving for some dessert and came across this place .

We ordered -

1.Death by chocolate - This is by far the worst death by chocolate I have eaten , the description is very very misleading !!! It says overdose of chocolate in a jar and by means no means was it a jar or chocolate overdose . I felt almost cheated when I saw the dish . It looked and tasted more like a tiramisu than a death by chocolate . The only chocolate component was the chocolate brownie sorta of a thing between the cream . There was absolutely no chocolate flavour in the whole dish that I liked . The quantity is ridiculous , by no standard is it a jar it's a glass cup!! For Rs 149 this was the ultimate waste of money for me .

2.Gooey truffle brownie - Again the description is misleading and frankly a shame that two different dishes had the same description ( screenshot provided below ). There was no gooey component nor there was any truffle brownie . It was just a cake with chocolate cream sort of thing on top , there was no fresh grating of coconut either . The quantity again is ridiculous .

One of the worst dessert places I have ordered from till date , they have misleading menu descriptions , the quantity is a disgrace and the taste tantamount to unfair treatment to customers .

Frankly I would have preferred a good dessert in a plastic box than a bad dessert in a fancy glass jar .

Never ever ordering from the place...

Very bad experience.. I ordered a cake yesterday for my husband's birthday surprise n expected the order between 11:45 pm - 11: 55 pm n booked a slot of late night delivery with Rs. 150/- extra n even texted them requesting for so. Bt the delivery person called me at 10:48pm to ask for address (which i already mentioned) but still i shared him my live location so dt he dont call me back.. I even told him that i booked a slot of late night delivery but he came.. N he called me again at 11:13 pm to say that he arrived and standing outside of the gate(bt i mentioned d floor too) D surprise was flot as my husband came to know about the surprise.. Waste of money n trust.. I will never come back to...

I ordered a cake and DBC ice cream from Warm Oven through Zomato, and it was the worst DBC I have ever had. You sent a spoiled brownie, and the cake was spilled before it even reached me, despite it being shown as a "zero spill" delivery. I even tried complaining on Zomato, but I didn’t get any response from either Zomato or Warm Oven.

I had ordered the cake for a friend’s birthday celebration, and it was really disappointing to see it in that condition. I had to order another cake from a different place.

Please try to provide the good quality food to your customer that's...
