After a string of Biriyani n nonveg dishes I was looking for some good veg cuisine to change my palette and luckily found Paakashala. I can bet I had the best of veg dishes in Bangalore from Paakashala in last couple of years. Ordered the following :

🍱Crispy baby corn - sweetness of the babycorn coupled with crunch of outer layer

🍱Mushroom pepper dry - the garlicky pungency infused with flavour of curry leaves takes it to a whole new level. A must have.

🍱Paneer 65- Large paneer cubes sixtyfived in spicy fervour creates a riot on tastebuds, too good. A must have.

🍱Veg malai kofta - Kofta made of veggies cooked in a sweet gravy is nourishing , contains some cashew paste.

🍱Dal fry - The dal fry was the cherry on the cake. If I had not ordered anything , with only dal fry I could have finished my lunch. It's so flavourful. A must have. We love our Dal.

🍱Paneer butter masala - Paneer cooked in a spicemix of thick gravy, makes it a perfect pair for some hot kulchas

🍱Paneer malai kofta- Paneer kofta containing melt-in-mouth paneer + kaju + spices , cooked in a thick sweet gravy makes it a must have. Loved it.

Overall great experience, packaging was superb , hygienic and leakproof. The food was freshly made , hot and super delicious. The quantity was really great at this price. I will definitely come back to taste their south indian dishes soon.

Food - 10/10 Packaging -9/10 Value for...

Namaskara, The yesteryear Adigas has now turned into Paakashala chain of restaurants. This one restaurant located in Jayanagara 8th block seriously has lots of issues. Firstly the quality of food is really bad. Extremely priced for the quality and the quantity is totally not worth. Cashiers at the counter are highly arrogant and irresponsible and don't even care to speak to customers about what they need and what they don't need.. All they do is ask the customers to check out the Menu Card which is on the table. One of the very good thing that i noticed here is the employees inside the Kitchen, who prepare the food and pack the food along with the other service staff are highly dedicated. It's high time for the management to look into this issues.

After nearly one year of observation and consistent feedback to this place, they haven't improved. Ordered one set dose and rave idly, set dose is like a rubber dose, batter is extremely bad upon highlighting this issue, they are not even obliging and say we will update the same. Coffee is average.

People don't dine in here unless you feel very urgency!!

Hotel Owner, please respond madi, neevu one year hindhe helidri, sari maadtheve antha. Yentha sari aagilla marayare. Nimma hotelge barodu ondhu bejar sangathi...

Horrible experience to be frank. When it's weekend, everyone wants to relax when they go out for lunch with family but in my case it happened the other way around. Pathetic service, no one to take the order, no one to serve the food even when it's ready. We had to serve ourselves despite getting the orders late. The staff just disappeared from the place without even getting the food we ordered, he in fact was very rude when asked about the order. I had to complain to the Manager but no use as he was a new person who joined recently. When we got the orders, it was just kept on the table without being served, not even the plates or the food. We had to do it ourselves at the end. I certainly wish that this changes and no one gets to experience what I went through. I'm never going to visit this place again. I was in this situation before & experienced almost the same in Paakashala @ Chandra layout. Maybe the owners have just got their shares and now the new management is just making money rather than customer service. The hotel industry is something where customer satisfaction is most important. Not sure if this is going to change in future and I hope that nobody gets to...

I must say Paakashala is one of the best multi cuisine pure veg restaurant in city. Recently I ordered kaju fried rice, masala Kulcha, veg shahi kurma, mushroom 65 and paneer tikka masala. Kulcha was soo soft and stuffing was relly good. I just loved their veg shahi kurma. Was soo creamy, slightly sweet and rich in flavours. Kaju fried rice was soo delectable. Quantity of cashew was more than enough. Last but not the least paneer tikka masala. Very thick gravy with a mixture of spicy & tangy flavour. Paneer tikka pieces were perfectly grilled and soft. All over each and every dish was soo delicious. I had never tasted something this delicious and that to be all veg. Each and every dish looks yummy and tastes damn tasty.. The dishes taste so perfect that i have no words to describe it. I would suggest to give a try and I bet you will love it.

Had worst experience, First learn to respect the customers. Very bad behaviour by the staff and also food was ok not that good. Took parcel today they gave the food without putting in the paper bag when asked them to give the paper bag they say it's only for online order. They are forcing to buy bags from them which is chargeable, else people who take parcel directly from the hotel will have to carry the food in your hands Money minded with no proper service and respect to customers. Street vendors have courtesy to give parcel in paper bags, but for such a big Food Chain it's a shame to treat your customers like this. Shame on you people. Don't behave so cheap, do justice to the prices you charge. Not at all recommended to visit this hotel. You Don't deserve a single star rating also.
