The New Imperial Restaurant is an absolute gem of a dining establishment. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with warm, friendly service and a cozy atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The menu is full of delicious options, from traditional favorites to more adventurous dishes that are sure to satisfy any palate.
One standout dish that I highly recommend is the butter chicken. The meat is perfectly cooked and the is rich and flavorful, with just the right amount of spice. But really, everything we tried was excellent, from the appetizers to the desserts.
In addition to the fantastic food, the New Imperial Restaurant also offers a great selection of drinks that we absolutely loved.

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered grill chicken, chicken biryani, and mushroom chilly, and honestly, everything was a disaster.
Grill chicken was dry, overcooked, and had a burnt taste like it was reheated five times. Zero flavor and absolutely no effort in presentation.
Chicken biryani tasted like plain rice with random chicken pieces thrown in. No aroma, no proper masala, and definitely NOT biryani by any standard.
Mushroom chilly was soggy, bland, and floating in oil. I couldn’t even finish it.
The service was just as bad — slow, inattentive staff who looked like they didn’t want to be there. Plates were dirty, and the ambiance was depressing. Total waste of money and time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Avoid...

I usually ask the staff to get me hot water to drink which they happily give. You can get your own water or get bottled water from here. The dining is on the first floor and there is no provision of a lift/elevator. So people who have a hard time climbing up the stairs should avoid it. However, takeaway option and dunzo/Swiggy genie options are open. The staff is extremely polite and they will assist you as soon as possible provided the number of customers dining. The only drawback is the restroom. It is Indian style, small and there is a...
