Hi First and foremost #I ordered a cake on 16th Nov and the the delivery charges we supposed to be zero but the delivery man asked me to pay for it and paid for it. #i ordered a Barbie doll cake velvet cake and paid in full 2300/- I had no sample cake to taste in the store I cancelled to something that kids can eat so ordered pineapple flavor and the cost was less and it was a compelsion for me to buy other items but NO REFUND or adjustment of that money against the delivery charges.

Customer service was good but a very bad policy.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a birthday cake in advance which was really simple to make. They ruined an extremely simple design with horrible handwriting on the cake, and too much glitter. Even after giving corrections, none were made with extremely unhelpful and lazy staff. The cake was delivered very late around 8:30pm on the birthday when it was supposed to be delivered at 5pm for convenience. Also, the cake tasted really dry like it was days old.

Very disappointed with this cake shop. We had specifically ordered a full fondant cake and paid a high price for it, but what was delivered was just a cream cake. The cake did not match what was promised, and for the amount charged, the quality and honesty in service were not at all satisfactory. When customers pay a premium, they expect the product to be exactly as ordered. Unfortunately, our experience was not good and I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for...
