A delightful spread with a room for better hospitality
We visited the restaurant on 9 th evening to celebrate our marriage anniversary. While the food and ambience lived up to our expectations, the hospitality left much to be desired.
Starting with the positives, the spread was impressive, catering to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences. The food was delicious, with flavors that satisfied our taste buds. The ambience was excellent, far superior to the same chain’s outlet in Noida, where space constraints often hinder the experience. Here, the spacious layout allowed us to enjoy our meal comfortably.
However, the hospitality fell short. Once we occupied our seats, starters were promptly served. While the efficiency was appreciated, we noticed a glaring oversight: no one came to ask if we wanted to order drinks, even after multiple rounds of starters were served. I actually had turned the pages of the bar menu and h my selection ready.
Additionally, as soon as we were seated, the staff inquired whether we preferred vegetarian or non-vegetarian food and if we were celebrating a special occasion. We informed them it was our marriage anniversary, expecting a small gesture as is customary in such restaurants. However, nothing followed. In many restaurants, special occasions are acknowledged with a celebratory touch, such as a complimentary cake or a personalized moment. Sadly, that was missing here.
When we shared our feedback with the floor manager while checking out, he seemed genuinely concerned and even offered to bring us a cake at that point. However, we declined, as it would have felt more like a formality than a genuine celebration. A gesture like this holds meaning when done as part of the experience, not as an afterthought.
Overall, while the food and ambience were commendable, the hospitality needs improvement to truly enhance the dining experience. Attention to detail and thoughtful gestures go a long way in making guests feel valued, especially on...

The concept is not new to many but what changed is the menu, presentation and taste of the food. The prices are bit steep but it is almost justified with the premium and welcoming behaviour of staff and the offered food and services.
Abiding to the theme of all you can eat, we did the same. Went therewith my cousins and none of us had complain except having a small appetite that day. You can see the item in the menu in the images given below, and yes they have it all. Drinks can be added or upgraded and everything else is completely free.
Starters were bang-on and the best one for me charred pineapple, that fruity caramel flavour was refreshing and tasteful. Paneer tikka were good too, had them the most out of all. I've tried the pulpy orange drink and lemonade both of which were refreshing and tasty.
Main course is divided as veg and nonveg and limited to few select items but all of them were good. Since our focus was more on starters we just tasted them. We each took some of the dishes and tasted them all, which was good.
Another must try is the dimsum and that sweet chilli side is an experience for any foodie. That stole the show, it was the best dish out of all. Sweet table too was good and be aware them some have eggs on them, but don't worry they all are clearly marked for it as red circle.
They also take your feedback after your meal and seems to be very serious about it, since we quoted sweets as not that great, the chef came personally and manager too kept ears on our feedback.
Although staff is limited and I believe on a busy day, this will affect their service a lot. Rest a must try barbecue...
