I wish to share my experience with Cowboy resto & lounge. It's a pathetic place with worse management. The management specially the General Manager of this place was egoistic and mentioned several times do you even know who are you talking to I'm the G.M of this place. The staff probably isn't trained with how to address a customer and the worst customer experience I've had with any pub. I do not recommend anybody to visit this place. The G.M didn't had any courtesy to connect with a customer and all i had to say was to play a song which i had from my playlist. He was rude enough and mentioned i don't come from a low class place talk to me with respect I'm the G.M of this place. I firstly mentioned what's the issue I just mentioned a song to play and he abruptly made the things worse for everybody. Everyone who was enjoying left the place. We were supposed to order more but decided to leave the place because of the poor customer service and the inability of the G.M to handle customer. Even the staff ranted against him and said he's like that we'll convey the feedback to owner. I have sincerely wrote a feedback and mentioned my contact details, really looking forward to hear from someone superior in the management so that the appropriate feedback is well received in the correct place.I seriously hope they give the better customer service training to their G.M I ONCE AGAIN DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO VISIT THIS PLACE BECAUSE OF THE INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR FROM THE STAFF YOU WILL END UP YOUR DAY ON A...

Tonight was horrible for us. We have been frequenting this place since years now but the last 2-3 times were unbelievable. We came around 10:15 and understood we were too late for a variety (of drinks or food, there weren't options)

We weren't let to choose our table, thrice, being told that they were reserved (they weren't) We finally found a table in the restaurant area (it was empty) and told that we are four people and should go to another. We insisted we wanted to be there but very rudely were told that we can't (and other excuses like blinds need to come down and we should talk to the manager) We asked if we should go. They said "Your wish!" The food was okay. We could barely eat. No complimentary snacks with the drinks We asked for another drink at 10:45, they said they're closing (so?) We insisted, they said "Aap khatam nahi kar payenge and kept arguing" We kept our cool. There were three waiters and all of them had high temper and audacity to argue. We said okay. My brother in law's plate was taken before he finished abruptly (while they were busy packing up despite us still eating) . We sort of lost it. We stayed because we respected food & didn't want to waste it. The last time they refused to serve us one raw onion (having proposed they could charge extra) and the time before that we were given the wrong mocktails with missing ingredients thrice. We came here because we here headed to another bar but that was closed and this one was the nearest one . This is the first time I've been here although I've heard about it earlier . The menu has a lot of items its a bit costly and overall food was average . When we went there though there was no music playing , no ac on and 5-6 staff just sitting around listening to us. We ordered 2 rounds of 4 shots of vodka and after the first round it turned out to be diluted with water . We told the staff about this and they said that you can "check the CCTV" etc in an angry tone . We asked them to replace the second round but they refused that as well . We ended up supervising the bartend as he put the remaining drinks for the night in what was embarrassing even for us. When the bill came they charged us a different price than that shown in the menu and we had to calculate and show them there too.
