Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

It was yesterday 26th June 2025 at 6 PM approx. I was having one of my guest with me. I realized that in terms of service itbis poorest place. I ordered for 2 coffee and a fruit cake and paid 1000 to theh counter person with a daisies to bring balance while serving. I also requested to another counter person to serve water.

After some time 1 coffee was served but till that no water. I asked that counter boy for water and his face was like serving water or asking water is something bad, he served one glass of water. I had to ask again to serve one more glass of water and than only he brought

Meanwhile 2nd coffee was served with desert.

After some time I realized that balance has not been given and I asked again to give me balance and than only balance money was returned.

Really very bad experience and that too in front of my important guest

Very bad experience at this place. Please don't visit this place they scam you by adding extra charges to your bill without your knowledge. On being caught and pointed out the staff started shouting and misbehaving with me. Anyways I booked my order. When the coffee arrived the lady thumped it on my table in anger, as if to show revenge being caught for misdeed. The portion size was too less. I felt very humiliated at that place by staff behaviour and resolved never to step in this shop again. Such rubbish rude ruthless people who can't even respect their customer who is...

Serene place where you can actually take a pause from the chaos outside. Lately lot of outlets have closed in Bhopal, hope this one continues, I have been a visitor berr since 2006 when the place was even bigger..these days it is smaller and one person does it all.

Probably because of low turnout here the staff is just one or two persons, but I like the coffee and...
