Indian Coffee House is not just a café—it’s a slice of history and nostalgia that continues to charm generations of people. With its unique old-world charm, affordable menu, and simple yet heartwarming hospitality, it stands apart from the modern café culture dominated by flashy interiors and overpriced items. The first thing you notice when you enter an Indian Coffee House is its vintage setting. The interiors are usually modest, with wooden furniture, simple tablecloths, and waiters dressed in their iconic white uniforms with turbans. The atmosphere transports you back in time, reminding you of an era when cafés were not just about coffee but about conversations, debates, and togetherness. Many branches of ICH still carry this aura of intellectual gatherings, where students, writers, professors, and office-goers have spent countless hours over a cup of filter coffee. Speaking of coffee, the classic South Indian filter coffee is the star of the menu—strong, aromatic, and always consistent. It’s not fancy like cappuccinos or lattes, but it has an authenticity and richness that keeps you coming back. Along with coffee, the food menu is surprisingly wide and very budget-friendly. From masala dosas, cutlets, and omelettes to the ever-popular mutton dosa and fried rice, the taste is homely and comforting. Unlike commercial fast-food joints, the food here feels like something prepared with care rather than just churned out quickly. One of the highlights of Indian Coffee House is its affordability. You can enjoy a hearty meal or spend hours sipping coffee without worrying about burning a hole in your pocket. This is one reason why it is such a favorite among students and middle-class families. The service, though not always the fastest, has a charm of its own. The waiters are polite and respectful, and their traditional attire adds to the timeless feel of the place. The slightly slow pace also encourages you to relax and spend time instead of rushing out, which is rare in today’s fast-moving café culture. Overall, Indian Coffee House is more than just a restaurant—it is an institution. It carries cultural and emotional value for many Indians who grew up visiting it with friends and family. Whether you go there for its iconic filter coffee, its delicious dosas and cutlets, or simply to experience its heritage, you will always leave with a sense of warmth and nostalgia. If you are looking for luxury or modern café vibes, this might not be your place. But if you want authenticity, tradition, and a soulful cup of coffee, Indian Coffee House will never disappoint. ⭐ Rating: 4.5/5 ✔ Great taste, affordable prices, nostalgic charm ✘ Sometimes service can be a bit slow, interiors are very basic

MP Nagar is Bhopal’s commercial hub and this Indian Coffee House is center for all business and government meetings. From executive to Director and clerk to officer, everyone come here for meetings and have awesome food. The best thing about ICH is it’s ambiance and professional service. Taste of each and everything is perfectly good and when its comes to cost if is super duper affordable. From veg to non and Chinese to South Indian every thing is just great. And these people are specialist of coffee. Only because of their coffee I always prefer to have my business meetings here. Cheers to ICH..!!

Indian Coffee House is a great place to catch up on a delicious bite. The south Indian food here ,especially Idli and Dosa are very famous. Even coffee here is super good .And specifically the Sambhar with a strong flavour of hing is my favorite. I always love visiting this place and what's good is that it isn't expensive. Truly affordable and yummy food you will get..and the ambience is also good .A must recommendation.

Outlet of the legendary chain Indian Coffee House situated at MP Nagar. The outlet has two levels, the lower floor has coffee shop while the upper floor has an AC restaurant. The outlet has same appearance as other ICH outlets. Outlet has ample seating space on both floors. Ambience here was cosy and good, you'll see alot of old-age people having discussions and meetings over coffees. Not any fancy decorations or anything, but then also the place has different vibes. Food is great in taste. You'll find over 300 items in the menu to choose from various cuisines. Menu includes all kind of dishes one can ask for, from quick bites to main course to dessert to beverages. Service was also nice. Staff is courteous. Overall a very good place for quick bite and lunch or dinner and even for a formal meeting. Though the menu is somewhat expensive but...

I have been a regular customer of cofee house since my childhood, but what happened yesterday had been very disheartening because of which I need to write this review. Yesterday morning I purchased masala dosa from board office branch , while consuming I felt u easiness in stomach which led to severe stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhoea by evening. I visited Dr who said that I got food poisoning he told me that might be due to rotten vegetables being used to make masala dosa. I had literally spend 400 bucks for my consultation with Doctor and medicines . I would like to suggest thathat please don't do such kind of things, coffee house is a brand name which people trust please maintain that. I would like to suggest people to be cautious aboutique food that is being...
