La Kuchina — Restaurant in Bhopal

This was our first time at this Italian restaurant and we loved everything about it. Everything we ate, from soups, salads to pizza, was absolutely delicious. Would definitely visit again.

Changing my review based on my second visit to this restaurant, which was not quite as good. I pretty much ordered the same food that I ordered on my first visit but there was a clear dip in the food quality. The broccoli soup didn't have a strong garlic flavour like the last time. The complimentary bread was soggy! The salad didn't even have all the ingredients that were there the last time. For two people, we were given an extremely small table. Unlike the last time, our food was rushed. We weren't done with our salad and the pizza arrived and this was an issue because our table was too small.

Towards the end, we weren't even given the fennel/mouth...

Not a good place at all, anymore. Sadly, the quality of the food has deteriorated and what remains is very ordinary fare. We ordered an arancini starter, pizza, lasagne, and cannelloni pasta, all of which were vegetarian. The rice in the arancini was over cooked and had no flavour; pizza was dry and tasteless; lasagne was very buttery but tasty enough; the cannelloni, strangely, was the same as the lasagne except it was cut into a different cylindrical shape. Very surprised at the loss in quality over the past year. I don't recommend the place anymore and unless they make some drastic changes to the menu/chef, this is sadly another one of those "it used to be great once upon a time"...

I had a great time here at La Kuchina, very authentic Italian food with thin crust wood fired pizzas available. There were some pretty decent vegetarian options. Complimentary bun and butter were offered in the beginning which was a nice gesture I thought. We had some cheese balls as starters, extremely mouth watering and a pretty awesome Margherita pizza. Overall the food was amazing, ridiculously overpriced but considering the fact that you're near Jeha numa palace, that's expected and anywhere you try to go for a meal nearby, you'll be heavily charged for...
