I researched at least 6 hookah suppliers before I bought ordered some items from SoBe Hookah. They had the best prices for what I bought. I ordered a BYO coal Burner and a premium hookah bowl with a lid from SoBe Hookah on the Internet, as well as paid shipping fees. The next day, Nicholay sent me a text informing me that the burner was out of stock and offered a refund or replacement. I called and spoke with Nicholay. He was very nice, professional, and apologized for the burner being out of stock. I requested a refund for the burner.
