Awesome place, Supportive staffs. It's the best place if you want to hang out with your friends and family. It's also a great place where you can celebrate your special occasion like Birthday, Anniversary. Now coming to the ambience, Lighting is pretty cool, and Live band performance was going on, So it was quite an enjoyable moment. Now coming to the food part. They first offered us the "Wish Grill", In the non-veg exotic meat, they had Rabbit, Emu, Quail, Octopus, Squid, Prawns, Fish, Chicken Sausage, Egg Frittata, Shankar Fish and Snail. In the starters, they had Tangdi, BBQ Country Club Chicken, Awadi Seek Kebab, Ajwani Fish and Chilly Garlic Prawns. They provided different oils for grilling, and different dips to try on. We enjoyed Awadi Seek Kabab and Ajwani fish very much. Now coming to the main course, They had Chicken Dum Biriyani, Koshan Mangsho, Methi Murgh, Egg Curry, Sarso Machi. We enjoyed the Biriyani and Kosha Mangsho very much. They had different soups and salads also, you can try them if you like. Now the most enjoyable part of the whole time, The Desserts. They had Angoori Gulab Jamun, Honey Dates Rool, Jelly, Chocolate Balls, Swiss Rolls, Chocolate Brownie, Phirnee, Ras Malai, Pudding, Fresh Fruits, Caramel Cheese Cake. You should try each and every one of the desserts. They have different ice creams which they would make according to your preferences. There is also a Drinks counter where different juices, cold drinks and mocktails are available, If you have fascination in drinks you should grab it. If you are going for a special reason they would provide you with a complimentary cake and the staffs will clap and play music for you which will be really an enjoyable moment. And one of the most attracting parts is there would be live band performance going on, So if you are a song lover you would definitely love it with some delicious food. Now some tips so you can eat more and utilize your money as it is a buffet. If you go for kababs and desserts only you can utilize your money. Don't drink too many soft drinks, just take them in a sip when you want to neutralize the spices. Try to consume fish and mutton kababs rather than other items. Take small breaks between your consuming. You will get enough time to make it. And if you are a moderate eater then also there's no issue, Just taste all those items available and you will be happy that you have tasted that much variety.

And most importantly...

My experience at Absolute BBQ Bhubaneswar was beyond terrible, and compared to my visits to their Bangalore and Hyderabad outlets, it was an absolute joke. For ₹930 per person, the food quality and variety were shockingly bad. There wasn’t a single point during the entire meal where I found anything worth the price. The live counter offered fish like pomfret that smelled way too fishy and had barely any meat. The prawns and fish starters tasted like they were frozen for months, and the chicken portions were pathetic. The chicken keema pav was bland and honestly, borderline inedible.

The main course was just for show—it felt like no effort was put into it. To make things worse, the section was heated up with no AC, making the experience even more unbearable. The soups were downright horrible, and the desserts were equally disappointing. There wasn’t even a single kulfi on the menu, and the gulab jamuns were cold and hard. Not a single Odia dessert was offered, which is just absurd considering we’re in Bhubaneswar. The jalebi guy was slacking, and even the live grill meats felt like they’d been sitting in a freezer for months.

No wonder the place wasn’t even 1/4th full—while other branches have people waiting outside, this one feels like it’s on life support. If this is what Absolute BBQ Bhubaneswar considers a BBQ experience, it’s time for them to face reality: this place won’t survive unless major changes are made. Stop looting people with high prices and subpar food. You need to take notes from your other outlets before this one shuts down for good.

Even BBQ Nation in Bhubaneswar suffers from the same issue, but Absolute BBQ has somehow set a new low. Thank God I didn’t bring my parents here to this overpriced, underwhelming mess. The only mildly redeeming part was the complimentary drink, and even that was only served once. The service, while decent, can’t mask the disaster that is the food. If they don’t improve the quality and variety ASAP, they’ll be left with an empty restaurant and zero customers.

Never coming back, and I strongly recommend others avoid this place unless they want to waste their hard-earned money on a completely...

The main course is served buffet-style, allowing diners to sample a variety of dishes. The quality of the food is outstanding, with each dish being both delicious and fresh. Despite the self-service format, the presentation and upkeep of the food stations were impeccable, ensuring a hygienic and enjoyable experience.
