Service is horrible.i was ordering a chicken meal and some ice-cream while talking to my friend for confirmation. The lady at counter added masala chai mistakenly while i specifically told her to cancel it. When i looked at the bill i again told her to cancel the masala chai because i never ordered it and she just denied and told me to hurry up cause of line. Then she gave chicken burger from my order to someone else who ordered whole veg meal. She ran to other customer and got half eaten chicken burger from her laughing and joking infront of me while I've been waiting for the meal. No apology no professionalism just horrible behaviour. And yes the masala chai, never order it. 5rs. Chai from tapri is so much tasty than this 60/- watered down...

All the burgers and french fries were cold. I had ordered two cups of cappuccino in which one cup had 1/2 cup of cappuccino and the other had 1/4 cup of cappuccino. The chicken whooper burger had only 1 slice of tomato but the other fillings like onions, icebergs and gherkins pickle were absent. Whenever I order a combo of two veg burgers which costs Rs.79 or a combo of two chicken burgers which costs Rs.99 then the burgers contain only 1 patty and no other fillings. Whenever I order cold drinks then 90% volume of the glass contains only ice cubes and rest 10% contains cold drink...
