Cha Biscuit is more of a small canteen style cafe tucked inside the Kalinga Hospital campus. We landed here around 1:30 am after a late night movie, mainly for some quick snacks. The masala tea stood out, much better than what you’d get from a roadside vendor. We also tried the veg Maggi and veg puff, both tasted nice. They even stock ice creams if you’re in the mood for something cold.

Service can be slow at night since only two staff handle both billing and cooking. The crowd is a mixed bag; you’ll spot everyone from night shift folks to people clearly drunk or high grabbing food. Personally, I wouldn’t bring a lady friend here at very late hours. Even though it’s inside a hospital campus, I can’t vouch for how safe it feels.
