Don't go with these fake reviews. Today I ordered for Mutton dum biryani in Mati Handi through Swiggy..They served stale food. I think Mutton pieces are not less than 3-4 days old. If you want to waste your money by reading these fake reviews then here's the right destination. Even I didn't find a single drop of oil or rice stick to the pot. How it's possible, you will cook something in the clay pot and nothing will stick to the pot inner surface. It's completely dry just like a new one. The restaurant name should be MICHA....NOT MIRCHA

If a customer is ordering something from your restaurant, then he/she has the rights to comment about the food especially about the taste. If there is a complain in food order then as a business owner you should check with your kitchen team rather than asking your customer to check their tastebud.

Anyone can easily identify the texture n colour of fresh meats. So rather than justifying or explaining a lot ask your kitchen team work on the quality n improve the skills in preparing the dum biryani. You should atleast go once to a nearby restaurant named KYTCHIN to check how a dum biryani taste n look.

Getting 5star reviews is not a big deal. Anyone from your circle can do these.

I am unable to give "Half a star or no star". In all my years of ordering food online, I have never encountered such miserable and pathetic service. I placed an order totaling a hefty ₹1700/- for three full Mutton Handi dishes (at 12:25PM) trusting the delivery time of 30 mins as shown in the app, only to be met with sheer incompetence and unpreparedness from the restaurant's staff. Despite my delivery person waiting for over an hour, the restaurant couldn't even muster the basic courtesy to hand over my order, citing ongoing preparation. My attempts to salvage the situation with repetitive calls to the restaurant and delivery partner were met with nothing but ignorance by the restaurant, leaving me and the customer care executive of the delivery partner utterly disregarded. When my long-awaited meal finally arrived, it was delayed beyond an hour (at 02:10PM), and to add insult to injury, the mutton was undercooked and utterly inedible! And don't even get me started on their post-delivery response -or lack thereof! They refuse to even answer my calls only serves to underscore their abhorrent disregard for customer service. I hope this message reach as many as possible and people should get aware of...

Location: L3/56, Acharya Vihar

Price: Paid around Rs 260 for Mutton Biryani with mutton gravy and raita

Taste: There were 5 medium sized mutton pieces, 3 were soft, 2 chewy with 1 fried aloo with outer skin. Biryani rice was not basmati but usual long thick Biryani rice, with moisture and flavor. It mostly tasted of Biryani rice cooked with mutton gravy underneath, I love such taste but for many critics, am not sure how this will go. Salt added was less, however as I mixed it with mutton gravy, it tasted heavenly ,raita was runny but damn good
