This is no more or no less than any average Dominos store.
One thing I don't like which is common to most of the Dominos store is that you have to argue a lot for the late delivery refund. And the refund is only given in the form of pizza and not cash or money transfer.
The process for a thing, which is so very much advertised by the company, should be seamless, simple and automatic. Why I need to argue with the store manager, everytime there is a late delivery? Why it's not automatic and/or hassle free?!
One important suggestion/complaint I have is to change the dustbin cover. The Swing cover/design Dustbins are only suitable when the trash is clean paper or other dry waste. It is NOT suitable for eateries where the waste is many times food, other organic waste, or a used tissue paper. Why? Because when you push the organic/food/undry waste through them, it attaches to or touches the dustbin cover. And then when the next person tries to push his/her own waste through it, because the cover swings back, the same cover touches the person's hands, which is unhygienic and unacceptable.
This is also important because almost always, I prefer to put my waste into the Dustbin rather than leaving it on the table, for the cleaner to clean it. But I only pick it up and leave it on top of the Dustbin rather than dumping it into the Dustbin, because of the same reason above. So, fixing this, will enable many to dump their waste and thence reduce the workload of your employees.
I know one solution is to have people push the dustbin cover(to open it) not through their waste but by their other clean hand. But it's gonna work only when everyone does that, and how many people really use it that way? And even if it one knows how to use it, would one really? Because one can't be sure that the cover is clean, and many times the cover seems dirty from simple eye view.
The solution could be way simpler and cheaper than changing the whole dustbin or dustbin cover: Just attach a bit long rod to the cover, so that a person doesn't have to touch his/her waste to the cover to open the dustbin. Then, one can simply use his/her clean hand to touch the rod, then push the dustbin cover to open it, by pushing the rod and dump his/her waste in. So, in this way, the cover doesn't get to touch the waste, and doesn't becomes dirty, and there is no need to even touch it becoz u can just do by touching/pushing the one end of the rod by your hand(and not the waste).
Even if someone uses it incorrectly, and still pushes his/her waste through the cover(touching it), now, atleast the rod doesn't get dirty and is available for use/touching/pushing. Though this is a unlikely scenario because the mere presence of a rod, will make the correct use of the Dustbin(through rod) seem highly intuitive and self-explanatory.

Read moreThe customer service is good but the sauce and cheese sometimes doesn't seem right. When available they use pizza sauce and when pizza sauce isn't there they use tomato sauce. The fold quality is good and the staff are friendly. The amount of cheese they put on the pizza is quite less than the required amount.
Food is nice. Especially sides are delicious in domino's. But it would be better if staff got proper training for how to talk with people. People don't come here without having a minimum knowledge that 'brownie' is a cake. Dear members of staff, Domino's hope you people are for serving and not for teaching.
Superb food, located very centrally in the Chandrasekharpur area. It is a really busy food joint with good vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. It is bit crowded especially in sundays hence service takes long time at least 40 minutes. the chicken is good. Waiters are okay....
Read moreYesterday i ordered via delivery.It was late by 45 mins(though my house is 400 mtrs from the store). The Pizza was not tasty, hence my guests were disappointed. I contacted the store, they said they will refund some amount as late delivery discount.But they didn't.When i again enquired, they said they can't refund and i have to order again to avail discount.
This is horrible and unacceptable from a reputed brand like Domino's.Hence i would never order again from this store.
Earlier i went for dine in too.That was also horrible experience.
