I was totally harassed on my recent delivery. I contacted the customer care team and they said I can pay online by scanning the QR code on the bill. When the delivery person handed me my food, I said am paying through online by scanning the QR code. He said Haan kar do. I showed him the screenshot and he took a photo of it. Then he is suddenly saying that payment isnot possible through that. I said u talk to ur manager. After talking he said that pay by cash again and the payment made by you will be refunded in 7 days. I said that my money has been debited from phpay and isn't failed that it will be refunded. He said u talk to customer care. The customer care person took the restaurant person on conference and he said he will check the other account and he confirmed that yes money has been credited. The rider was confirmed the same by this restaurant person and he went away. My point is why did I faced so much problem?? If u have genuine QR code scanning issue then do inform the customer beforehand. There's no point of customer care person and restaurant person saying 2 different things. We as customer are squeezed in between. The rider, before my payment should have said don't do payment on that QR code but pay personally instead. All my pizza was cold by then because of this. We as customer should have the option to select store. I would suggest others to be careful while ordering from here. Total scam of cannot take online payment on qr code and harass customers after making them wait at their own home for their own food which they had paid. I hope no one faces such issue. UPDATE #1:- yeah I got a call from the store from a girl who is on her training/probation period and she has no idea what I was complaining and she said manager is busy. Such extreme professionals this store people are i tell u . The girl on probation disclosed me that the store ISNOT aware that online payment through QR code exists even. Then she remained silent and said she tell manager to call me up. Living in 2010 era dear store people???? DOMINOS KALPANA SQUARE BHUBANESWAR DENIED DELIVERY!! The worst Dominos experience ever! ❌

Nearly 20 minutes to placing our order, the store calls us saying they will not deliver to our address because the pin location on the app was not same as our house address - An app glitch! And they denied delivering our food when it’s not our fault. And then they carried on saying if we need it delivered there will be extra delivery charges.

After long discussion and asking them to send the order, they never came for 15 minutes so we left to the store.

On reaching store they had many stories like call did not connect to my phone and then on checking the manager’s phone, the number she was ringing was not even mine - on telling her that number isn’t mine she said “then it’s the app’s fault” while the Dominos receipt has my number correct.

The worst thing in all of today’s situation is HOW ON EARTH CAN DOMINOS DENY DELIVERY SERVICE OF AN ORDER PLACED AND PAYMENT GIVEN AND THEN THE TEAM HAD THE AUDACITY TO NOT DELIVER AT ALL ? We had to pick our pizza that we asked for delivery ‼️

In our past 20+ orders, we’ve had atleast 75% of our orders always delivered after 45 minutes which is past their guaranteed time.

Thanks to today’s horrendous experience, I will not be taking services from this store ever again.

If I could I would give this store and their dumb explanation negative...
