We reached the store at 11 15.The stores was open but there was no staff inside the store.We had to wait for 10 more minutes for the staff to come.The ac was not switched on. Upon enquiry we were told that the ac is not working.After 15 more minutes when 5 more customers came in surprisingly the ac started to work.We took the Rs 99 non veg meal where the tomato puree was burnt. The cutlets that they serve one of them was burnt too.The wash basin was extremely dirty that you won't feel like washing your hands before you eat.The spicy meatballs of Rs 99 has no masala on it,it was just fried and served to us. The service in this outlet is horrible.Customers please look for other outlets of Domino's but try avoiding this specific outlet if you don't want to have an experience like me

We recently tried the new Cheese Volcano Pizza, which offers a choice of bases. We opted for the thin crust, and it was an exceptional experience. 👍🏼The pizza was incredibly cheesy, delivering a rich, indulgent flavor with every bite. We also tried the Choco Lava cake@99 and Choco Bomb@49. 👍🏼 Choco Lava cake was delightfully chocolatey and soft, as expected. 👎🏼However, I would not recommend the Choco Bomb.

Won't comment anything on the Food taste or quality because it's a food chain and everyone has different opinions. The service was fast and the staff were humble. We recently tried the new Cheese Volcano Pizza, which offers a choice of bases. We opted for the thin crust, and it was an exceptional experience. 👍🏼The pizza was incredibly cheesy, delivering a rich, indulgent flavor with every bite. Won't comment anything on the Food taste or quality because it's a food chain and everyone has different opinions. The service was fast and the staff were humble. I had a very disappointing experience today at Domino’s Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar. The staff was extremely unprofessional and careless. They don’t listen to customers at all, behave with attitude, and don’t even smile. When I visited around 11 AM, they told me to come back after 15–20 minutes instead of serving properly. I asked them to switch on the AC, and they said it only starts at 12 PM. Even when I requested tissue paper, the staff had earphones on and completely ignored me. The pizza was also not prepared properly. Many of my friends have faced the same experience here. Very poor service and...

Everything was Good until they switched off the AC while we eat. It was my parent's 1st visit to Dominos and they ruined it perfectly.

We went there at 9.35. Got our food in 10 mins. Thats the Good part. But while we eat it was 10pm. Suddenly they switched off the Ac and when i enquired they reluctantly said they Ac gets switched off automatically in closing time.

I visited there because they had mentioned their closing time is 11Pm.

Eating pizza in a closed room with no Ac is Big No.

We took our reaming food and walked away.

Very pathetic experience. Though they switched on the Ac while...
