The aloo masala can be improved, add more onions, chanas and imly paani may be, the Pani varieties are very good and tasty. A hyegenic way of collecting paani from the sensor based dispenser but crowd management is not there. If there's more crowd they start pushing each other for paani which is irritating and I did not like it personally. The flow of enjoying them breaks.

I personally think, this is a not a scalable business idea as customer comfort and ease of independently enjoying the food...

It has become my favourite place to have Golgappa/Gupchup/Panipuri!! Not only it's Tasty but also very hygienic.. The Golgappa maker wears gloves for making Golgappa & he doesn't even handle Cash while doing it.. I really liked that sense of Hygiene.. 👍 He gives U Golgappa with smashed Alu (potato) n U get to choose 4 different tastes in Pani from the sensored Tap, 1- Spicy Mint, 2-Chilly Garlic, 3- Khatta Mitha & 4- Chatpata!!
