SHOCKINGLY BAD AND UNACCEPTABLE - FIRANGI MITHAI IS A DISGRACE!

My experience with Firangi Mithai in Bhubaneswar was an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others. On July 14th, 2025, I ordered a birthday cake for a friend, expecting a celebratory treat. What we received instead was a revolting, rotten mango cake. Let me be clear: this wasn't just slightly off; it was completely spoiled and unfit for consumption.

To send out a product in such a deplorable condition, especially for a birthday, shows a shocking lack of quality control, hygiene, and basic respect for customers. The "owner" of this establishment should be ashamed. This wasn't just a ruined cake; it was a ruined part of a special day.

We placed an order for doughnuts.  These were not the same as the usual ones. These were two pieces of bun with cake icing in the middle and chocolate syrup on top (the bun tasted like Mathura cake, like the ones we get at Balijatra). It wasn't as bad as it seemed! The lychee cake we received was delicious (both in flavour and texture).

Litchi cake was what i had ordered. Looks - 2/5 Taste - 2/5 (Very basic cake)

Not followed instructions, name of the person should have been written on the cake. Worst part was the colour used in the cake, even after washing my hand, my finger tips were still red. This was the last thing i had expected.
