Recently, I visited Go Cool (One of the biggest Ice Cream Parlors in Bhubaneswar) at Saheed Nagar (Opposite RD Women's College) one fine afternoon not only to satisfy my Ice Creams cravings but also to witness this place over which the people are going gaga over a couple of months and also because of their high rating on Zomato. With stark white insides, this place has a different vibe than other Ice Cream joints in town.

First of all, the outlet is huge and the decor is fabulous with comfortable sitting options. Funky and cool captioned graphitti of the walls set the theme of this place. Imagine Ice creams without artificial flavors. Go Cool's Ice Cream have an unique technology and funda which will definitely please you. Their handcrafted genuine Ice Cream using authentic fruits devoid of synthetic additives have two varieties.

The prices are humble considering one scoop of sheer delight. A single scoop will cost you around 75-85 rupees, and if you take a fresh waffle cone thatt will be 10 rupees extra.

The creamy, luscious and flavorful Ice Creams taste delicious and one will definitely make you crave for another scoop. Every flavor is as soulful as the other. Being a national brand they've maintained good quality as well. The service is quick and the staffs are coordinating too. You can also try their bakery items. Today, I visited this shop in saheed Nagar with my son. I went there with the purpose of buying two cakes; one for my son's birthday on 14th of May and second for mother's day which is today. We were not even welcomed at this place. We went straight to the reception to have a look on their menu , and they have a plethora of delicious looking cakes. Even after waiting there for 45-50 minutes, no one, attended us. It was very insulting. I even asked the person who was in-charge of billing the orders that is there anyone to whom we can talk to and place our order? He didn't even reply and said please wait. Then after waiting for 4-5 minutes, out of frustration I asked the lady who was taking the order that, why is no one even attending us, if you have any problem in providing a proper service please elaborate it to us. She completely ignored us. I am an old customer at their shop, they even send messages seldom to my WhatsApp number about their ongoing discounts and offers. This was my worst experience at a shop in my life. Even after complaining they didn't respond to my complaint. Even roadside vendors provide a better service. Wanted to give 0 stars but google doesn't provide that feature. I recommend this shop's manager to hire trained professional bakers and receptionists, this is not a way of doing business. The attendants, the receptionist and even the person who is making the bills are somewhat...

This outlet service is worst. I visited last Saturday. Men at reception was careless and more busy on mobile. I clearly asked him i need cashnew to be roasted on sizzling brownie, is it possible and then only i will place order. He was looking at mobile and only saying yes yes without listening properly. I asked him 3,4 times but he made me pay the bill.

As order given , normal cashew was there. When i told him why is it not roasted , i have clearly given specifications before placing order and you said yes too...

Then he denied ..it is not possible.. made reckless excuses instead of correcting his mistake. Human make mistake I understand but it could have been easily solved.. but he was arrogant

It just a small thing... Of roasting but this show how they value to customer, how they perform their work ...they literally don't care

I will never ever visit that...
