Shirose has carved out its own niche just like it's Sister Restaurant Priya, but two not-so-great experiences have forced me to rate them poorly. -In 2022, during the Navratri time, they were listed on Zomato's portal as "Navratri Specials" and I wanted to order some Paneer dish and to double check, I had even asked them personally whether they add onion and garlic to the item or not and they said "No", but the scenario seemed quite different after the food was delivered. How ironic is it that Shirose's without Onion & Garlic Paneer dish was full of chopped onions 🤡 I mean, Ye Sab toh Doglapan Hai! -Second, went to their restaurant a few days back, the service time is quite slow, it's understandable that the restaurant is quite popular and therefore the inflow of customers is quite a lot most of the time and it's practically, a little tough to attend to everyone very quickly. But I guess, popular Resturants like these are supposed to function that way, and still cater to the customer's needs on a rolling basis. We had to wait for almost 30 minutes for someone to note down our food order even after signalling them 2-3 times to help us in ordering. Availability of food items is another issue, you have communicated to them the food items you want to consume and in case it's unavailable, they'll take 10-15 minutes to come back to you and ask for a possible replacement for the unavailable item, a better way to solve this problem would be to install a white board and display what all items are available so that so much of the chef's, service executive's and customer's time is not wasted.

In the end, I hope, the restaurant will try to look into these fundamental problems and find suitable ways to solve them to enhance customer experience and maintain a stable...
