IT WAS AN ORDER related issue through zomato. Yesterday I had ordered 2 paratha but they sent me one..so I called the restraunt ..they asked me not to complain directly to zomato..they would correct the mistake by sending me a complimentary dish when i order next time..so I didn't complain to zomato...later in the evening they called me and were putting false allegation where they said that there has been a complain from my side against them.. I said that i haven't talked about the issue to them..just to prove I directly contacted the zomato and asked whether there has been any complaints from my side.. ..there was not a single complain against then from my side.so I shared them the screenshot.. to which they have not replied to me till now? I mean what?? Just don't fool your customer by trapping them .. we are ordering food from u which means there should be a trust between a customer and the restraunt .. but maintaing your reputation u uare trying to fool your customer. In order to save your complimentary dish you are playing such trap games..wow.. neither I will order nor visit And will ask all my family and friends to not visit this restraunt . I still have all the call recordings where they have mentioned that it was a mistake from their side and should not be taken...
