Caafe 360 Degree — Restaurant in Bidhannagar

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Cafe 360 this time. From last 7-8 years I am visiting this cafe... But now few staff are ruining the goodwill of this cafe. 2 days back I visited the Cafe 360 degree Saltlake with my family. Cafe was little crowded, but few place was vacant ( they had provided 10-12 person sitting place to only 2 persons) and when I asked them to manage us their, they completely denied. after that I was waiting outside the cafe for my turn. After waiting 15-20 minutes for my turn, I saw that a group of people came and they have instantly arranged table for them bypassing us... Just because they will order Shisha (hookha) , and I visited there for food only.. This is just not 1st time... Now staff of this cafe give privilege and attention to only those customers who order shisha (Hookha). Never visit this cafe with family or if u don't take Shisha (hookha).

After this worst experience, for sure I will not visit this...

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Caafe 360. The service was very very poor ; the staff were inattentive and unhelpful. The sheesha was of very poor quality, making the entire experience unenjoyable. Despite of making many complaints for sheesha no action was taken. Only 4-5 staff were there to cater so much people, it is not acceptable. Ordered Fresh lime soda mix but it was too sweet we asked one of the service guy to change it he just added salt and gave back to us and it was still not good , it tasted like sugar syrup. Caafe 360 is my goto place now. The food served here is very fresh which is very important. It tastes so good. The mocktails,lemon iced tea,coffee is amazing. I din't like the manchurian gravy a bit, its balls tasted good tho and same is with Kaathi roll. Pizza 360 is a must try. Schezwan noodles r good. Veggies in ceasar salad are soo fresh. The ambience is very soothing n relaxing. Not too much crowd which is exactly what I need. The service is good, it takes a li'll time more than normal which is worth waiting coz they make everything great and fresh. The staff is very polite and well accomodating Good job guys,...
