GOOD place. A thrilling high-speed mat racer that sends you through enclosed lanes that serpentine alongside each other, transitioning into the traditional side-by-side multi-lane design. “PIRATE BAY” – a 10-Platform Multi-Play Complex on a 10000sq.ft. pool with 06 Water Slides – gentle small ones for children and more thrilling ones for teenagers & adults. We are regulars to the place as our whole family are water people! My daughter is a complete water-baby and any time we want to treat her, this is the place to go. The park is pretty well maintained, the rides are well monitored and safety measures are more or less adequate. Those who don't want to get wet but enjoy watching others do so - can always find a recliner by the wave pool from where to enjoy the atmosphere. All required things like towels and costumes are available on rent or alternatively can be bought. But it is always best to bring your own. Go there early around 11.00 am but be prepared for the crowd if its a general holiday. Have a chilled blast! Exepected more from them especially on what they charging...change rooms were not clean ....one has to carry on their inflated boats or rubber mats to the ride up the stairs .. there should be better way of transporting them rather asking visitors...life guards needs to be more polite....no good food outlets inside.. not much of a choice . I've been to many water parks so I expected a bit more of attractions against what they are charging. There are limited rides. Can a more cleaner. Nicco Park's free rides were not very attractive. Wet o Wild : Water Park's locker room and Wash rooms are very dirty and un-hygieneic. Water body also needs to upgrade hygiene level. Staffs and system is not co-operative. If you visit this place, you need to take out your whole day to enjoy it. Some are rides are stupendous while others are boring. The fountain is an amazing place to relax and the deep kind of pool...

Pros- Large area. Very good rides Ideal for a family trip especially with kids Lots of options / rides With lots of stuff and even police personnel the place is quite safe and the management ensurea that no untoward incident takes place

Cons- Insesitive management. If if have to buy even a bottle of water you have to stand in a que for 20/30 mins Surprisingly there's only one stall selling water etc in the entire park. They should learn from international parks on this. A number of small stalls would be desirable. The shop selling food / drinks / beer etc is ill maintained and hugely understaffed. Lots of insects flying around. Tickets / getting lockers / refund -lengthy process. Keep at least one hour for this. It's worse than a government kind of system where you first buy tickets outside, then go inside stand in a que and get your wrist band, again stand in a que deposit money for rentals, take the receipt and stand in another que for getting the rentals. Once you are through with your activity stand in a que to return locker key they will give you a receipt, take the receipt and again stand in main cash counters for refund... 😀😀😀 imagine the process..

Staff members are ill trained in extending courtesy to the visitors and service with a smile is alien to them as is apparently to the management.

Go to the park , do enjoy with your family and don't think that you are going to have a smooth, magical experience. Even the parking space is absolutely...

Online booking also available or offline tickets available at main gate of Nicco Park. Always book your online ticket from authorised Nicco Park site only. Mode of payment is Cash or online both are available. Prepaid Locker facilities also available inside Water park. Locker counter is near to entrance gate charge is Rs 200 (300 security deposit money will be refund). Try to come with small bag because locker box is little small. Also bring Sport wear items, because many rides cotton cloths are not allowed. Prepaid two wheeler or four wheeler parking is also available outside of the main gate.
