This eatery gives you the feel of a street dosa stall with the advantage of having a place to sit.

The food itself is pretty tasty. The vadas particularly are delicious. They give smaller sized vadas than most other south Indian joints, but it has the right amount of crispness. Different from the restaurant stuff of overfried vadas with the batter so tightly stuffed which takes away all its juices. And they give three vadas per plate (at least till now), unlike two or even one in more fancy joints.

The coconut chutney is decent. I like the thickness of the chutney. Much better than the watery stuff in many other establishments. Perhaps they can add some chilli to it and can make it real Andhra style chutney. But I am being picky here. They also give two other chutneys which are wonderful, one is tamarind based, and the other I guess is tomato+ginger.

The sambar unfortunately is ordinary. Leaves much to be desired.

The dosas are nice. I have tried the plain dosa, masala dosa as well as paper dosa. They're good. The masala is given in a separate bowl. The idli is ok. Eatable. Not yucky. But lacks the moistness and aroma that a good idli has.

Anyway, for the most part, the place does a good job as far as its food is concerned. It can be seen from the crowd also. The place is popular and is packed in the afternoons and if you are late you might have to stand and eat under the canopy.

The ambience - It's cramped, messy and noisy. A perfect feel of a street food joint.

Unless you are fussy and only trust fancy places, can try this place. Won't be disappointed.
