I recently had the displeasure of dining at Gangaur Shibuji, and the experience left much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that this establishment lacked even the most basic standards of hospitality. First and foremost, the staff were shockingly rude and unprofessional. It seemed as though they were doing me a favor by acknowledging my presence. Not only did they fail to provide the most basic courtesy of water on the table, but they also refused to accommodate even the simplest requests. Each time I needed a refill, I had to practically beg for their attention, as if I was inconveniencing them by being there. To add insult to injury, the portion sizes of the food were laughably small. It's as if they were trying to stretch a meal for one into a meal for two. When we politely requested to split the bill for official purposes, instead of handling the situation professionally, the staff started an unnecessary argument and behaved in a manner that was downright offensive. Overall, my experience at Gangaur Shibuji was nothing short of a disaster. The lack of respect shown by the staff, combined with their dismissive attitude towards customer requests, made for an utterly unpleasant dining experience. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs. This was my first and undoubtedly my last visit to Gangaur Shibuji. (⭐: 4.5/5) This restaurant is very family friendly. If you looking for a small family lunch/dinner party or maybe a gathering even, it is definitely a good choice. Not at par wit Russel street outlet... Staff seems to be very lazy ... We ordered tomato and corn soup...which had no salt... Veg au greatin was sour to Wich they readily exchanged it ...wit a new and it was near to perfect bt reduced the quantity to almost half... Chana masala had no salt or no flavour ... totally bland... Kadhai paneer was very tasty...and the kulchaas too we're served hot and soft... Orders were served quick bt when we asked for spices or any tissue paper or any miss thing they were extra slow and were least bothered... Ambience needs to...
