I just visited the vip road haldiram branch to have my lunch there. I asked one of the staff who's dark in complexion, aged and about 5'8 in height, to guide me with the list of food which doesn't consist of onion and garlic. He was disinterested to respond initially, not that there was enough footfall that was keeping him busy. He guided me to the counter which displayed all kinds of veg side dishes to be served with thalis. I asked him again if there's no onion and garlic for sure, he confirmed. After I chose mini thali and started eating, i found onion peeking from under the paneer. I had religious issues for the day due to which I was avoiding consuming onion and garlic. After I confronted him, he shrugged his shoulders and responded "masala paneer me to rahega hi" With an arrogant attitude! I'm never visiting this branch ever again! He was not even guilty for his mistake and walked away from the scene! Highly...

I often buy sweets and snacks from your shop, and the packaging has generally been good in the past. I used to gift sweets to various places. On July 16, 2025, I visited your shop and ordered sweets with proper packaging for distribution purposes. I selected three kinds of sweets, as you can see on my bill, and requested that they be packaged well. However, the person who was packing them kept them loose, causing all the sweets to overlap each other.

If proper packaging is too challenging for your staff, I suggest removing the packing service altogether. Although your brand is reputable, this poor packaging could damage your reputation. I have already distributed those sweets, and I can only imagine how my guests will react.😔

Used to be a childhood stop...but now it just ruined my memories....the once famous dahi vada was served with two stone hard balls, extremely rude behaviour by almost every staff....from rasgulla to packaged snacks every product has detoriated...we took aam papad and luckily after payment I decided to taste and it stinked of stale oil...when we complaint at the cash counter he reacted rudely to my 70 yr old mother...when another employee attested that it was indeed an inferior product we were not given a refund but were offered a store credit which very reluctantly we reimbursed for some bhujia...A 50 rupees street side chai with no option for a sugarfree and overall rude behaviour of staff this definitely was my last...
