Baazar Kolkata - V.I.P Road — Local services in Bidhannagar

I wish to address the Bazar Kolkata Management for few issues mentioned underneath for the healthy functioning of the store.

In consideration to the huge surge of the potential customers during Festival times, the Trial Rooms create a lot of chaos and commotion. The securities in charge of this section are extremely unregulated as they bang on the doors within 3 to 4 minutes of someone going in. They should be given proper instructions for dealing with the problems and not letting them handling it in their own way. Their unprofessionalism is leading to customer embarrassment. Kindly try rectifying this issue.

The collection of Bazar Kolkata is amazing and the cleanliness of the store really adds on to the shopping satisfaction. But the behavior of the staff is really underwhelming. Under the holistic marketing concept's Internal Marketing, able employees who can behave with the customers well should be hired for these positions. The staffs of Bazar Kolkata behave very rudely and deny to even pay attention while being busy chatting with other staffs. Their lack of reasoning and unprofessionalism really amazes me for the position they are working for.

Such uncouth behaviour from the staff working here. My family & me have been buying a lot of dresses from this store since the last couple of years. Every year we spend all our savings here procuring new clothes for ourselves during pujas & winter clothing. However, 2 months ago when we went out to buy a new jacket for my friend - the price mentioned in the above section was 999INR. However, after billing the amount deducted from my account was 1299. Much to my notice of protest, they gave a lame excuse saying that the jacket we bought was underneath & hence, the marginal discount won't be applicable, blah blah & so on.. A heated argument followed where the employees aka the hooligans joined up the forefront adding more ghee to the fire instead of offering any means of resolution. Very dissapointed with the pathetic behaviour of staff, won't do shopping henceforth. Recommending everyone to buy from elsewhere as...
