At the outlet at Baguiati, we were met with very unsatisfactory customer service. Firstly, the person at the counter handed us the wrong order, which was still excusable but when my partner and I went down to sit together, we were approached by the person at the counter who commented on our proximity in a very questionable and rude tone saying, "There's a CCTV, okay? Don't do anything that will cause trouble." As if we were doing something extremely licentious when in reality we were just sitting close and I gave my partner a very casual hug because he gave me a good news regarding his career. The tone of the statement really upset us and turned our experience of dining very sour. I totally understand that some people might be uncomfortable with these things but there are more civil ways to say these things and we would definitely understand. First impression: Absolute inferior quality of chicken and fries are served here.

This particular branch has unlocked another low level of unpalatable food.

Pros: 1. Chicken wings: Easily their best offering. Small in size but big in satisfaction. Wings absorbs all the masala which the hot & crispy & other chunks fails to absorb.

Crushers: Mojito was biriliiant.

Ambience: Spacious with light music.

Cons: Hot & crispy: Baffled by the poor quality of pieces. Batter dominated the chunks. And chicken piece was chewy. Couldn't even trace of chicken skin.

I just got out from the restaurant here situated. The staffs present is of no use, they have no sense of consumer satisfaction. The Air conditioners are not on, the food served is stale, they dont have proper amount of dips, and whatever has been asked are with finished, out of stock, or not working. Spending proper money to a proper meal and then getting serviced in such low-manner is not what a consumer expect. Build it in a proper way, as ot has started functioning recently.
