Aer Bistro — Restaurant in Bihar

Commenting on the food it was delectable; moving over to the workforce they had an unethical behavior and unprofessional attitude; first time ever gone through such a misconduct by any business workforce in Patna. I clicked few pictures using DSLR camera before i had the food and did the payment they didn't object then but while i was moving out and was done with the payment business then one of the employees approached me in a harsh tone that you are not allowed to click photos in DSLR you have to pay for using the camera within the premises. Then a second person came in with an approach to humiliate me with his superiority complex and he started in English thinking of that i won't be able to put my statement in the said language the gentlemen stated it's our business policy though it's neither mentioned on the property nor anywhere floating on the web that you aren't allowed to use a camera that gentlemen even called me a liar for no reason. I would be highly obliged to the business owner to take necessary action and if there's such gibberish policy kindly bring it to public domain so your visitors are handy of the gibberish policy before visiting. Hey there My Name Is Aryan Raj And I went in AER for the very first time with my buddy Shubham okay so the ambience is a very hard to maintain sorta thing in my opinion like I get uncomfortable when there is couple around and they get all the limelight this is not a couple/privacy centric cafe... Coming to the price now it's quite high but the quality and service is also 10 out of 10 so I would rather pay a bigger premium than compromise on ambience,food, service, hospitality etc their staff Bikku is also very well behaved I enjoyed my dining there and I would love to visit again thank you team AER (Also featured you on my ig with the name dapperaryan1) and If I have to give you a light feedback that I felt then pls serve drinks in a more appetizing,fun way like when I got the bulb 💡 sorta mug I laughed hard I mean it was good but I would prefer something more premium and good looking a tall slim serving glass would have done it for me apart from that everything...

I would like to share my dessert turned out to be a disaster experience. Okay so I have ordered Churros with chocolate sauce from this place via Zomato! Around 5 pieces of churros with Hershey's chocolate syrup not even chocolate sauce has costed me around Rs. 356/- why are these people charging so much for this pathetic taste. I have never expected such a pathetic taste of Churros.. how can these people can deliver such things to their customers. Churros was not even fresh, awful in taste, not at all cooked properly, really bad in taste and in chocolate sauce they have given Hershey's chocolate syrup.

Not at all recommended place for ordering your favourite dessert. I somehow managed to get a refund + coupon from Zomato but still this horrible experience from this Bistro i will never forget.

Now really i need to think twice before...
