It was a very unpleasant experience. Manager Pooja was extremely rude. We ordered Veg Extravaganza Medium Pizza with no extra cheese but it came with too much cheese on it. And when we complained about it Manager Pooja argued with us and said "Veg extravaganza aisa hi hota hai aapko pta nhi hai kya, Cheese ki maatra bilkul shi hai".

And when we said that we regularly order the same pizza but for the very first time we have encountered this problem, she kept arguing. A girl sitting on another table also complained about the same thing and was treated by Manager Pooja the same way.

When we returned the pizza and told them to compensate with another one then she started shouting first on us and then on the staffs where she was admitting that the cheese was too much, saying that don't you know how to make veg extravaganza.

The employee like her defame the reputation of the store. First time compelled to complain about domino's which has always been our favourite.

Pathetic condition of Domino's kadamkuan!!! ....i ordered a farmhouse pizza cheesburst as well as a Margherita...pizaa both small ...on 7th oct ...order number 48 At 3 29 pm ...i received my order at 50 minutes from order time..it was cold...barely to be eaten...i asked the delivery boy for refund as per company's policy he took a pic of the bill and said I'll recieve points on Domino's wallet ..it's been 9th October today haven't received any.point...the delivery boy gave the number of the branch manager...the manager said....he has resigned...before .now he is no more on the job....on confirmation the delivery boy said .he is lying and he is still the manager....namely MANISH ..this is the condition of Domino's now ..one person says to the other and the other person says he has left the job ....this is the customer support which people get .... here .. poor and pathetic store ..never order from here...even one star is not worth it ...for...
