Pappu Chaiwalla Cafe & Restaurant — Restaurant in Bihar

So went to Pappu Chaiwala last night, expected a good experience but left a bit disappointed. Here’s my take:

1️⃣ Ambience - No doubt, the place looks super aesthetic! Well-decorated, Insta-worthy vibes. Good for chilling with friends.

2️⃣ Food - Ordered momos, and they were just stuffed with cabbage, nothing else! No proper filling, no flavor. Definitely overpriced for the quality. Other food items also didn’t seem worth the high price tag.

3️⃣ Service - Staff was okay, but nothing special. Could be more attentive.

4️⃣ Parking - The biggest issue! Paid parking, but absolutely no proper management. No sense of organization, just unnecessary extra charges.

Overall Verdict: If you just want a nice place to sit and chat, the ambience is great. But if you’re here for food, you might want to think twice. Not worth the hype. A solid 3-star...

चाय वाला हो तो Pappu Chaiwalla जैसा हो वरना ना हो। This was the actual line that ran across our mind when we first visited it. A chaiwala stall this big is just dreamy. I mean just look at their interiors , so bright and catchy. Started in Banglore , this chaiwalla has more than 30 outlets and finally got opened in Patna , just beside the Regent Cinema with just a single moto - अच्छी मूवी ...अच्छा खाना ...पप्पू में जरूर आना। They have all the things in their menu which you expect at the roadside stall. The price you pay here is for the hygiene and quality which you won't get sometimes on the street. And yes , the taste is also fantastic. We tried their Cutting Chai (Rs.30), Aaloo Chaat (Rs.80)- really tangy and the portion was enough for two people and Chicken Keema Pav (Rs.150) - their must try dish , superb in taste with finely...

Pathetic service they really dont know how to serve customers It was raining heavily and my clothes were wet so i change to my spare clothes and just kept my wet clothes in fan so that it can dry a bit but the idiots told me its not a place to dry clothes as if i was there to dry my clothes after washing them in my home i mean come guyz...its raining outside and if you dont have humanity for your customer then you dont deserve anyones hard earned money....i came from 7 to 8km to enjoy tea in the season n this is how i get treated. Wont ever visit again and to the owner if you have such a pathetic staff then really sorry for the loss of business.
