Extremely Unhygienic – Disappointing Food & Experience This place was a complete letdown. The dining area was in a terrible state — dirty tables, stained floors, and an overall lack of cleanliness that’s hard to ignore. If the area visible to customers is so poorly maintained, one can only imagine how bad the kitchen must be. It’s shocking that such disregard is shown toward hygiene and customer well-being.

What’s especially frustrating is that their food is well-priced, but they’ve clearly made no effort to maintain even the most basic standards of cleanliness or care. Clean surroundings are not optional — they’re essential when you’re serving food to the public.

As for the food: the White Sauce Pasta was the only decent item and can be ordered. But Tandoori Momos were a disaster — dry, bland, and far from fresh. The Dosa was just about bearable, but the Sambar was watery and lacked flavour. Overall, nothing felt thoughtfully prepared.

This place seriously needs a wake-up call. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and acts before they lose the trust of more customers. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all — not for the food, and certainly not for the...

Went for its famed breakfast today, Jan 11, 2023 at 8:30AM. Was totally disappointed.

The first floor seating area gave some protection from winter breeze, but there was no warmth in the staff - neither the man at the counter nor the waiters. No welcoming body language and a pronounced lack of any smiles.

Asked for a serving each of chhole bhature, puri sabzi and jalebi. All of them came cold or lukewarm as opposed to steaming servings one came for on a winter morning.

Sent the jalebis back. They were reluctant and explained how jalebis would cool down anyway due to the winter. A lame explanation. The replacement serving was hot. Why couldn't the first one be?

Likewise, had to sent back the puris too. The replacement was piping hot. Wonder why it couldn't be so at the first instance. Bhature was not sent back since we had already eaten a part of it.

Overall experience was one of coldness in staff and not feeling welcome at all. This is not how a hospitality service is run. Maybe the management never bothers to train the staff nor does it ever check their service level.

Harilal's management would do well to learn a thing or two from the Regalia...

Worst services you can ever expect from this restaurant. Today I ordered food of Around Rs 1500 & said I'm coming in few minutes but they said if you won't pay in advance then we won't process the order. I requested the restaurant that I'm busy at a place & coming in 15-20 minutes please process the order I'll pay in cash at the counter but they were stubborn. Now I'm at the restaurant & reviwing the incident from there only & now I'll have to wait for at least 30 minutes for getting my order delivered. 2 days before I ordered by swiggy & after taking the money food wasn't delivered to me. Last week I with my family & friends visited the restaurant at around 9 pm & ordered some soft drinks for my daughter but that wasn't available, then tried to take some sweets for her but that too wasn't available then asked if anything available for my daughter to eat or drink but they said nothing available for the kids as we are closing now. I was amazed to know that at dinner time restaurant gets closed & if so then they should simply deny us before getting in.
