Barista — Restaurant in Bihar

I am a regular visitor to this Barista. There are two male baristas who prepare excellent coffee - one in day shift, another in evening shift. I went on 18th Feb at around 3.30pm. I was told that the day shift male barista is on leave and a woman was taking order. She was extremely rude, insulting and also speaking lies when I requested her for a 'cortado' which she declined. Then i said ok then i will order a cappucino or macchiato can u please customise the milk quantity a little bit as per my liking. She further declined and rudely, impolitely asked me to drink whatever is fixed as per menu. I requested nicely once more, she made fun of me and mocked. This is the most unruly behaviour i have ever faced in any Barista across India. This Barista is one of my favourite locations in Patna. We do visit this place after hustle of day which is usually post dinner. Have tried almost everything on menu and as per the standard remains same across the location I had tried in Delhi, Bombay or Kolkata. The staffs are so friendly and are perfect in what they are doing. I had got the chance to meet these two gentlemen who have served me many a times and ash’s always met the expectation. The ambience is so soothing and it has got both open air and indoors seating arrangement. Though it’s bit busy during day hours would recommend who really wants to feel the sip of Barista menus post dinner at 10ish. You will have a time...

EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED BY THE SERVICE. My friends and I went to this cafe hoping to sip coffee and play a board game. Although it was a children’s game (coup), it did include playing cards (with cartoon characters on it not the gambling ones)

We were told we can’t play it because “people from outside will see and think we’re playing gambling cards and they will come and play too, which will ruin the atmosphere”

Even though we were very mindful of people around us and were talking in conversational tone (and volume), we were told we’re not allowed to play with a very lame explanation. I hope the owners take some time to learn about legality of such games and atleast post signage telling people it’s not allowed. Never...
