I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your restaurant on August 15th. Despite being a regular customer and appreciating the quality of your food, I was let down by the behavior of your staff.

We waited for over an hour for our breakfast order, and there was no communication or update from the staff. This lack of attention and care made us feel unvalued as customers.

One of the best food places I have visited till now. They have very quick and good service. We entered and left the place within just 30 minutes. No short of ambience, comfort and convenience.
