Today's lunch was very good, freshly prepared and tasty. We did ask during lunch if food customisation can be done as we east non spicy / masala food. The person confirmed it can be done. We went for dinner ordered Alu Gobi (asked for non spicy/ masala) and mixed veg raita along with tawa roti. Alu Gobi was full of garam masala and pepper, raita was made with sweet curd and tawa roti was of maida. We informed the person at the counter during bill and the initial response was silence and after almost 10 mins he offered Rs.40 discount instead of understanding the issue. Pathetic service and zero management at all. I would rate this restaurant '-5'. I would also suggest that never book restaurant online in Bihar for any event or functions. If you have time pls go and visit the restaurant. Don't believe what they show on internet or in website.
