DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR BY STAFF!

I have been a regular customer at Barista 36 Sector, Chandigarh, often holding my work-related meetings there because their coffee is genuinely delicious. However, today's experience was nothing short of disgraceful and has compelled me to write this review.

Before an important official meeting, I needed to use the washroom. To my utter shock, the employee stopped me, stating, " You can’t use washroom, I just cleaned it." This is beyond unacceptable. How can an establishment of your repute deny a customer the basic necessity of using a washroom?

It's outrageous that a cafe, which undoubtedly makes substantial profits, would treat its customers with such disregard. I chose not to argue with that employee, but I am appalled by this experience. From today onwards, I will never visit this place again, nor will I hold any meetings at any Brista outlet.

Dear Barista Management,

You should know that the Indian Sarais Act of 1867, Section 7(2), ensures 'free access' to water and washrooms in hotels. But more importantly, train your staff to treat customers with basic human decency. Denying access to a washroom, especially to a woman, is not only illegal but inhumane. This behaviour is absolutely intolerable.

I’M BOYCOTTING...

Barista Sector 36 Chandigarh. We ordered hot chocolate and cappucino coffee. Service was fast and staff is very friendly and cooperative. Hot chocolate and coffee were okay in taste. Cappucino could have been more strong. So taste was not very much good. Have tasted better in other barista restaurant. But would surely recommend the place as it was very peaceful and have lot of sitting space....

The female staff working there is very rude , she gives you weird faces and even treat their customers very rudely, i would not support this rude behaviour towards...
