Burgrill - The OG's of Grilled Burgers — Restaurant in Chandigarh

Absolutely pathetic service. I ordered a Chicken steak burgee meal, the employee without asking me upgraded it to regular and it costed me 276 instead of 177.

He by mistake, gave me small fries which he realised and later upgraded to large (5/5 service).

Here comes the worst part, he had to fry extra fries for which I ask to hand me over to 200 mts from his counter to the next stop because our other order was ready and by burger was getting cold. He denied. Denied twice. Later he came back after 5 mins.

Result: Missed the good time with friends who were waiting for me.

I'd ordered spicy chicken burger which was served very quickly. The buns were fresh and soft, it had medium size chunks of grilled chicken pieces instead of Patty. The veggies were also fresh and good in quantity. 4 star for they can add more energy into this burger by trying combos of sauces, pickle and something else. I would recommend them to do little but of more experiments on this and this could be next thing on my fav list and could take any...
