I have visited dominos pizza on Sunday 6Dec 2020 and on counter Miss Harkiran has taken our order of dine in.when we go upstairs for sitting i found place very messy and I immediately requested miss Harkiran to told someone to clear that mess but she replied ok but no one comes and clear that mess.I think dominos is brand and I don't expect this type of things from a brand.
Everyone wants to eat food or snacks in clean place,when I asked harkiran that I will complaint the same she said "do what ever you want to do"
Really very disappointed with this type of behavior by harkiran,I will not suggest any one to visit dominos sector 8 chandigarh

But in Paneer garlic bread there was no stuffing of paneer it was a little tiny piece of paneer which was not fine for me, more than half of the bread was empty and blank, that is what you call a paneer stuffed bread, and same was with the classic stuffed garlic bread it was also empty without the stuffing. Dominos has not only degraded it's quality and quantity both giving nothing to customers. Waste of money and waste of time never gonna eat from dominos. Earlier dominos was my favourite but now it's just a degraded dominos who is not worried about the quality or quantity or what stuffing food u are giving to customers. Disappointed from dominos. Then finally, a “staff member” (oops, my bad—turns out he wasn’t even an employee, just a friend hanging around) comes over, casually and rudely asks for our order like he’s doing us a personal favor. Halfway through, he simply walks away. No explanation, no follow-up, just vanishes like a magician. Bravo! 👏
Domino’s, if you’re secretly running a “DIY customer service” program, you’re absolutely nailing it. If not… maybe hire actual staff who know how to treat customers with a little respect? Or at least keep random friends from playing cashier.
