Gopal's — Restaurant in Chandigarh

I recently visited [Restaurant Name] and was left thoroughly disappointed. From the moment we walked in, the experience was off. The hostess seemed disinterested and took far too long to seat us, even though there were plenty of empty tables. Once seated, we waited over 30 minutes just to have our drink orders taken, and when our server finally appeared, she seemed rushed and uninterested in answering our questions about the menu.

When the food finally arrived, it was a letdown. I ordered the [specific dish], expecting something flavorful, but what I got was cold and bland. The portion sizes were small for the price, and my dining companion's meal was overcooked. To make matters worse, we were served the wrong side dish, and it took another 15 minutes to rectify the mistake.

The ambiance didn’t help either; the place was so loud it felt like we were competing with the music and other diners just to have a conversation. Overall, it felt chaotic and unwelcoming, not the relaxing night out we had hoped for.

By the end of the meal, we were so frustrated that we skipped dessert and asked for the check, which took another eternity to arrive. All in all, I can't recommend [Restaurant Name]. There are far better options in the area, and I won’t be returning...

Apart from the usual brilliance that Gopal's is widely known for, I want to thank them for something different. We were in the Sec 19 market and our child began to cry with hunger. We bought a bottle from a nearby chemist and Gopal's provided us with boiled milk that satiated my child's hunger. Despite our insistence, they refused to charge money for it! We were overwhelmed. Special thanks to the guy at the counter - Mr. Abhishek. These gestures go a long way in making a brand that connects with the people!

This is the worst restaurant u have ever seen in my entire life. I ordered rajmah ruce plate from this restauant and they sent me stale rajmah rice plate. I ordered from swiggy so i complanit them nd u know there are offering me 35 rs. Refund of this stale item. They didnt gave me proper resolution and even i dont know why restauant is giving stale food to someone. I find they are sending stale food to every customer.
