National Bakery — Restaurant in Chandigarh

I really don't know that why people are giving so much negative reviews for this bakery shop because this bakery is one of the most popular and reputed bakery in the city and sector offering tasty delicacies from many years but liking is subjective so I cannot say much . All I want to say that The National Bakery offers finest and delicious cakes and other bakery items. Rates are quite high but better quality is also provided. You will also find other eatable items such as chips, namkeens, cold drinks, etc. They have a special cake room attached ith shop where workers make fresh cake instead of ordering it just like other bakeries.Owner and his son are humble so as their employees. Very bad service. I ordered cake for my brother marriage so while visiting shop on marriage date they said we have to wait for 10 minutes. When someone of employee told us that they have not make ur cake. So when I discuss with owner then they told us that it is ur duty to tell us that u have booked the cake. If customer have to alarmed you that we have booked the cake on this date then I think that u have to close ur shop. Moreover one of shop employee get messed with us. I wish if Google review had -1 Star , this is one of worst experience i ever had in Chandigarh . I ordered cake Black Forest and within 20 minutes i received from Swigy and the cake was stale and smelling very bad. Taste of bread was horrible . Shocking was owner of National Bakery who doesn't even have manners how to talk to Customers.
