I am writing to urgently bring to your attention a deeply concerning incident that occurred with my order yesterday from your SCO 41, GROUND FLOOR, Sector 19, Chandigarh location.

Upon receiving my Subway Aloo Patty sandwich, I was horrified to discover that it contained live insects. This experience is not only unacceptable but also poses a serious health risk, which I consider to be life-threatening.

I have attached both a video and pictures documenting the issue for your immediate review and action. You must address this matter urgently to prevent any further incidents and ensure the safety of your customers.

Selling an expiry drink?? Really? Is this what we expect from Subway? I ordered a sub and a 7up 500ml...and thanks to my habit of always checking the dates before eating or drinking... I found that i have got an expiry drink... I called them and they first denied that this order was not from here.. Then i called again and told them to check carefully as i gave them the order ID... Always get good quality food at Subway. I personally never received bad quality at subway. All the outlets, they actually maintain quality. To get a meal which is good for your health is a gift. I take care of my health a lot. Whenever I go outside home, I try to eat healthy food as much as possible. It is obvious we not get what we wanted all the time but if we saw Subway then there is no way we not get best quality food. Having a sandwich is enough to fulfill small or big hunger altogether.
