The service was impeccable, and I can't wait to return for more delectable treats. Highly recommend Monica's for an indulgent, unforgettable dessert experience.

On 31 march 2024 i bought a black forest cake from monica's sec 35 around 12:30 PM . The taste was so bad that no body could eat that.. the cake was sour and astringent. The quality has gone worse and for sure this was my last purchase from them. never ever going to buy from them again. @5:30 Pm i went to return the cake and they committed a call back from their manager but i never received any call from them, shows poor management and their abysmal commitment towards their loyal customer. i am attaching the picture of the waste cake and rest was returned.

I got a tiramisu pudding on 13th October 2024 which costed me ₹250. It was a takeaway order and when I got home and had it, I found out that it was expired. The chocolate and coffee was sour and the cream was tangy as well. I’m literally disappointed with the bakery. I highly DO NOT recommend this place.

I've always been a fan of their cakes! On my birthday last year I had a fruit cake from here, full of fruits not only on the top, but also inside! And it was real yummy! While today I ordered a fruit pudding(because that's one of the three eggless things they serve!) With frozen fruits put over custard and cream with a tinch of cake in the end! I'm a fruit lover, so ya first bite had to taste well! When I reached the custard part, it tasted a little bland. It wasn't that bad though! In the end the cake crumbs were awesome!

So all in all, it was an above average dessert. I really want them to add more things in eggless...
