Hotel Kailash Palace — Hotel in Chandigarh

It's a budget hotel, like a really budget friendly hotel at a good location. There could be hundred things that can be corrected, like the AC, electric switch boards, bed sheets etc. But when you compare it to what you're paying for - everything worked and we didn't have a bad sleep. We were initially planning to only stay a few hours but our flights got rescheduled to next day. We didn't book any other place and decided to continue our stay here instead.

Not the grandest of hotels but if you're on a budget, for a few hours in Chandigarh and want to stove your luggage in, this suits the requirement perfectly. We didn't order anything nor interacted much with the staff so cannot comment on that.

Location...

Courteous caretaker & staff. Good fresh tasty food is prepared within in their own kitchen situated in 1st floor of the building & is available for a nominal extra payment if your room was not inclusive of food. well kept neat & clean room, toilet & premises. ISBT-17 for catching buses to Delhi & many other places is 2km from the hotel. U can get auto or bus to go to airport from the same ISBT. Nearest bus stop is Aroma hotel. From airport u can get ticket @ bus ticket counter just by telling them the address @ 100rs. Bus from airport will drop u @ ISBT-43 & then catch next bus to Aroma hotel. Lot restaurants are available nearby & especially near ISBT. Its in middle of one of the most happening area...

I think all these 5 star ratings are paid.

In reality, who said this is hotel this hell, I am still surprised why this hotel licence is not cancelled yet. Starting with check in experience it's worst. Hotel owner don't even know how to deal with customers. He is too arrogent. Washrooms are dirty and smelly you can't even stand. buttons are not working.

I immediately change the room but all rooms are same.

Lot of cockroaches please see images, again I complained about this issue but he said - "Ha ratako ho jayegi mulakat unse"

Hotel doors will get close after 11 PM, rooms lights you can't turn off.

This is my worst experience ever, actually this hotel and staff does not deserve 1 star...
