WORST STAFF BEHAVIOUR RUDE CASHIER WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Heard a lot about CBTL and being a coffee lover i went there, but unfortunately had a VERY BADDDD EXPERIENCE there. So, person on the counter is so RUDE n frustrated, have no manners how to talk to customers. I asked him if pizza is available, he said yes and then i placed the order for coffee n pizza and went to my table where plates of previous customers were lying there. I was looking for the waiter to come n clean the table but no one hardly pays any attention to customers there. After sitting for almost 30 to 40 mins a waiter comes and tells that they can't make pizza because their dough is not ready. I told him then why u took my order even asking about its availablity in the very beginning and also why no one is cleaning the table here. Then i went to counter, talked to the person that why u took my order and chlo agr le bhi lia toh why u took so much time to say ki dough nhi ready, 5 ya maximum 10 min baad bhi toh inform kr skte the, itna tym waste kyu kia mera yhan. He very arrogantly said ki koi baat nhi order cancel krdo aap, apna amount lelo vapis, maine kaha hn me order hi cancel krne aayi hu. Uss bnde ne sorry tak bolna nhi smjha. He was not at all sorry for the inconvenience caused to me.

MOSTLY BADE CAFES RESTAURANTS KA YHI H, THEY HARDLY CARE ABOUT...

I have visited this cafe before, and I had nothing but good things to observe and enjoy, but today my past experience was done to dust a bit. I ordered cheesy penne with creamy mushroom and paneer tikka kulcha wrap and mind you, the food is great; however, the holistic culinary experience includes not just food and drinks but how warmly are you greeted, how polite the interaction is, culminating in a farewell that dances long not just on your palate but in your heart that attracts you to revisit a place again. Unfortunately, I was left wanting in all those aspects today.

The coffee- cappuccino and iced mocha- were alright, nothing extraordinary; although I was very surprised to find my leftover kulcha wrap just packed up in a little disposable box without any carry bag. I politely asked for one- albeit even a small one would have sufficed- but I was told tersely that no carry bag is given! I have visited their franchise in Elante mall as well, and no such issue was there, so this seems purely a decision of their own.

Well my request wasn’t even properly answered, so I quietly took my leave, but I am sure of one thing- I have had my fill of this cafe,...

Back in the day, i used to visit the Elante CBTL. It was a delight. Then i had the misfortune of stepping in the 22 sector one. Sheesh.

The food is what it is. Can't say much. But the cherry on the cake is their staff. Brutal service. Rude is an understatement for the kind of attitude their manager has - Pawan. I've had a discussion with the other visitors. They've all had experiences at the hands of Pawan.

The other day i saw a Zomato guy, almost on the verge of crying and he was saying " hum delivery vale hain, toh humse badtameezi ka hak ban gaya?" (if I'm a delivery guy then does it give you the right to insult me). He was speaking about Pawan's treatment of him.

I had to stop going to 22 assuming CBTL is not the same place anymore that i had started to love. But the other day i went to Elante and i was passing through the corridor. The team at CBTL saw me passing and waved a hello. They had remembered me from 2 years ago.
