I recently had an extremely disappointing experience, I ordered chicken momo, only to find that they were served raw. Consuming raw chicken poses serious health risks, and I expected the store to handle this situation with care and professionalism.

When I brought the issue to their attention, instead of addressing my concern, the staff started arguing with me. This is far from the level of customer service I was expecting. Arguing with a customer over a legitimate complaint is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the management.

This outlet of RCF is just amazing and is not congested at all like the sector 15 one. The food is lovely and staff is also nice. Hygiene and sanitation is well maintained. You will get Chinese food items such as noodles , momos , spring rolls, manchurian etc. along with pastas , honey cauliflowers, chicken snacks and alot more in both veg and non veg options.
