The Finch Chandigarh — Restaurant in Chandigarh

I've just moved to Chandigarh from Delhi and keep exploring new places that can match the same delhi vibe.

I loved being at The Finch with my family for an amazing meal. We enjoyed the summer-y cocktails and the food was delicious.

Started with their non veg sampler - platter. It had quite an assortment. Particularly loved the MURG NEZA KEBAB, it was covered in saffron fondue, the PANKO CRUSTED PRAWNS and the TRUFFLE MUSHROOM CAPPUCCINO SOUP.

I can't praise these dishes any less.

For drinks we had their twisted Whiskey Sour - HARMONY, a new version of old fashioned whiskey - PRECISION & Virgin Mojito.

The DIMSUM menu has some interesting options, we tried their ACTIVATED CHARCOAL DUMPLINGS, CRYSTAL DUMPLING, THAI BASIL CHICKEN DIM SUM & MANGOLIAN LAMB AND MINT DIMSUM. Though they were all well made but I'd particularly recommend the veg crystal and lamb dimsums.

Under the sushi section we had the SPICY SALMON SUSHI which came in having authentic flavours. Loved the wasabi too.

For our mains we had the CHICKEN IN RED THAI CURRY & MEEN POLLICHATTU - This dish took our hearts away! It had the Kerela style fish wrapped in a banana leaf and creamy coconut rice.

For Desserts we tried their TIRAMISU and BEETROOT HALWA CANOLI WITH RABRI FOAM.

Overall, I'd say we loved our visit and will definitely re-visit...

Not a Good Experience They are fooling people. We order a 3 ltr. Tower of Beer when we taste it, it looks different in taste and colour, who usually drinks beer they know the exact colour of a beer but it was some blueish greenish mixture and after that we discover that it would be soda or something similar to that because the gas in beer was too good but the taste was so bad and they call it budwiser beer the Rank 1 beer in india. Then we ask for another beer to match the beer colour and taste they said no we cant do that then the manager also said that the colour of beer is not good and but he said i cant drink because im on duty. So we asked them to show the footage of when they pour that beer in the tower. They refuse to show it. Then they refill that tower in front of us that beer is the original beer and when i go to my table to compare that old fake beer with the original budwiser beer. In Mains we order for Burnt Butter Mounted Chicken, Vegetable Rendang Curry, Paneer Tikka Butter Masala and Garlic Naan, Methi Churchuri Naan in breads and we also had Murgh Dum Biryani.
