Hi uncle jacks Very disappointed the way our order was messed up, i and my husband came to ur branch phase 10 mohali, around 7:30 pm, on 10th of aug, we specifically ordered two cafe latte and a VEG GRILLED SANDWICH, specifically VEG, we don’t eat NON-VEG, they SERVED us with NON-VEG grilled sandwich, my husband took first bite and we identified something is wrong, upon seeing it properly we identified it is a non veg item and mind u we are pandits and we don’t not eat non veg, we don’t even touch it, this really was a big mess, there was no rush also in the restaurant, only two of us, then also the order messed up? This ignorance while dealing with customers, highly unacceptable, my husband was very angry at that time and we left the place, u gotta take strict action for this utter nonsense issue that was created and spoiled our mood to I don’t know what level. Uncle jacks is big brand and we often visit sector 8 branch Chandigarh, this was the first time we visited the mohali phase 10 branch and this happened. I really don't understand what made and why people gave this place such rating . Except the cakes they serve anything and everything is just bloody frozen food . And secondly, the staff doesn't even cater your complaint when you tell them that "Fries" are not fresh.

I ordered 4 items from Menu and only thing edible was cake . Hot dog had nothing but so much sauce that you just can't taste anything else . The staff re-heated fries and couldn't even do that in microwave as some of them were still Cold inside and box hot from outside .

Unless , someone really puts in effort and comes with original dishes , how do you expect yourself to have or build any legacy . Absolutely making fool of people .

I saw Many college kids coming and eating but I guess someone well travelled and well verse with food would throw it . And I complained twice at counter in sector 35 but to no avail so I am going to vote with my feet now by not going...

Order: Bacon and Cheese fries: French fries completely loaded with melted cheese, bacon slices with sprinkled oregano. I really like the jar in which they serve french fries. You can bring this jar to your home and DIY it. Coming to the fries: I would say these lip smacking fries are worth every penny.
