I had high expectations for this restaurant, given its reputation and glowing reviews, but my experience was nothing short of disappointing. The service was abysmal from start to finish.. Once at the table, it took 20 minutes just to get someone’s attention to place an order. The staff appeared disorganized and indifferent, making us feel like an afterthought rather than valued customers.

As for the food, it was an even bigger letdown. In 45 mins they were only able to serve one starter, even a road side stall have better service then them. The dishes lacked flavor and freshness, which was shocking considering the hefty price tag. The appetizer was soggy, the main course was overcooked, and the dessert stall was empty. The presentation might have been Instagram-worthy, but the taste was far from satisfying.

We complained many times about the poor service, but they didn’t bother at all to address our concerns. They just brushed us off with a half-hearted apology. For a restaurant of this caliber, such poor service and subpar food are unacceptable. I sincerely hope they address these issues, but as of now, I cannot recommend...

Overpriced, overrated, just a basic restaurant. This place has lost it's glory. Although, it may had been good once upon a time, the restaurant has degraded in many aspects. Hanging lots of colourful umbrellas doesn't mean Rajasthani food fest, there has to be a more substantial palate. There was a staff in the pani-puri counter, I had never seen a more reluctant face before. His face was so unwelcoming as if nobody should have pani-puri there. Food not upto the mark, we could have a much delicious greater meal elsewhere in way less than the money we wasted here.. Every non-veg item was stale, Gobhi chilly with raw gobhi. Shortage of glasses and cutlery at the counters wasn't met on time. Tables wasn't being cleaned despite of telling again and again. Sluggish service, we told them to repeat tandoori chaap as a starter it arrived almost after an hour. I am being generous with two stars, the food and the service both do not deserve even that. I was a big fan of sayaji buffet but I felt cheated after last visit. We went there with family and there was some punjab food festival on going. The reality was there was no staff available so sayaji outsourced and hired some cheap vendors. The quality of the food and their behaviour was no close to sayaji standards we expect. We waited for every small thin at the table. The best advise i could give to the manager was if your staff is not available dont hire temporary staff on cheap price with cheap level. The manager agreed and gave me 10 percent discount but i felt like i ate at dhaba for the 90 percent of the remaining price i paid. I will not recommend others to experience such...
